Membership terms

These terms apply to memberships of the Ultimate Human Diet app (“we”, “us”), operated by Tim Renouf trading as Ultimate Human Diet, ABN 87 386 817 935. By joining you agree to them.

Your membership

• Memberships are monthly and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• There is a 12-week minimum term from the day you join. After that you can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• You can change plan at any time. Stripe adjusts your next bill for the part-month.
• One account per person. Please don't share your login.

Price and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If a payment fails we'll ask you to update your card, and access may pause until it's paid.

General information only

Meal plans, training programs, check-ins and PepCoach content are general information and education. They are not medical advice and don't replace advice from a registered health practitioner. Check with your doctor before changing your diet, training or medicines, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. Many peptides are prescription-only medicines in Australia and must only be used under a prescriber's care.

Your rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Your saved data

Plans, logs and check-ins you save stay in your account while you're a member. If your membership ends we keep them for 12 months so they're there if you come back, unless you ask us to delete them.
